Quitman Chamber of Commerce

The Board of Directors shall consist of 12 directors.  One-third of the board shall be elected annually and they shall reside in Wood County.  Out-going directors, including officers, cannot be elected as an active director of the Board for a period of one (1) year after completing a one (1) year term on the Board.

The officers shall have a Chairman of the Board and a Chair-Elect.  These two (2) officers shall be elected annually by the Board of Directors at the last Regular Board meeting proceeding the month in which the annual meeting of the membership is  held.
